A Career in Visual Effects
Even though I am now in the industry, I still am gaga for anything that shows VFX Artists talking about VFX….
It is great to see the UK take the VFX Industry so seriously and actively promote young people joining and studying for the industry
Directed by Lorrin Braddick. Produced by Archer’s Mark, Skillset and UK Screen Association. Funded by the Skillset Film Skills Fund, as part of A Bigger Future 2. A response to the Next Gen report (a review of the skills needs of the UK’s video games and visual effects industries).

MPC’s (http://www.moving-picture.com/) Ralph Lauren 4D projection event was last night in London and NYC. I wish I had been able to get out and see this one as it always blows my mind when you get to see something like this for real. The reactions of the crowd and the sheer delight in peoples faces as they see the beautiful stuff that vfx can do.
MPC have again cemented themselves as one of my favourite houses of all time…
MPC worked with Drive and UVA to create the stunning 4D projection.
The video has a small break down (very small) but I am sure MPC will have their own version of this online soon.
